This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data submitted through VOCSET.COM and its associated products.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, country, and any message you choose to include.
We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and pages visited. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Legal basis
For visitors in Switzerland, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 31 nDSG). For visitors in the EEA, the same legitimate interest applies under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

We retain contact form submissions for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists. Technical and usage data is retained for no longer than 12 months.

We have procedures in place to detect, report, and investigate personal data breaches. Where we are legally required to do so, we will notify you and any applicable supervisory authority of a breach without undue delay.
Data storage and transfers
Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area or Switzerland. No data is transferred to countries without adequate data protection standards without appropriate safeguards in place.
Third-party processors
We may share your data with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and responding to enquiries, including IT infrastructure and hosting providers and analytics tools. All third-party processors are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
